3 Account Security
Keeping your Posido account secure is your own responsibility. Some important rules to keep in mind:

- Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify Posido immediately.
- Using another person's payment method without their consent is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. Posido is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Posido supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Payment rules are as follows:
- Deposit Methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket & Bank Transfer.
- Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
- Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT) per day.
- Withdrawal Time: Typically 5 to 30 minutes; up to 24 hours in complex cases.
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
- KYC Verification: Identity verification may be required before processing large withdrawals.
You must provide the correct reference number when making a deposit. Posido is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Posido only accepts payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited, and any such transactions may be cancelled.
5 Bonuses & Promotions

- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be met first.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.

- Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
6 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on Posido:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- The minimum bet amount varies by game and is displayed within the game interface.
- If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed for any event, Posido reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- Posido is not responsible for any missed bets in live betting due to internet connectivity issues.
- If a sporting event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be voided and the original stake returned.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Posido platform:

10 Account Closure & Suspension
Posido may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
- At the user's own request.
Before an account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

- Losses caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
- Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account (if caused by sharing your credentials).
